We're hiring support workers

Join a small, family-run team making a real difference in people's everyday lives.

The role

What you'll be doing

As a Waratah Connects support worker, you'll help NDIS participants with daily personal activities, getting out into the community, and building the skills and confidence to live independently. Every day looks a little different, and that's part of what makes it rewarding.

What we look for

  • A genuine, patient, and respectful approach to supporting people with disability
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in disability support, aged care, nursing, or a related field (or a real willingness to learn)
  • A current driver's licence (for most roles) and reliable transport
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
  • Good communication skills and a team mindset

What you'll get

  • Flexible shifts that can work around study or other commitments
  • Ongoing training and support from a hands-on, approachable team
  • The chance to build real relationships and see the difference you make
